One of the biggest must have tools of any Internet Marketer is something that is called an Autoresponder. This is a service where you can input names either manually, or have it be through what is called an Opt-In box just like the one you see on the home page of this website.
The Autoresponder sends an email to that person asking them to confirm that they wish to have their name and email address added to your list. Once they do that, the report or ebook is sent to them.
Once the information is loaded in the autoresponder, you have several options. You can set it up to send emails to the subscribers at pre-defined intervals. You just load all the emails in at one time and keep adding on as you go along.
Another option would be to simply write an email one time, load it into the autoresponder, and then have it send to the entire list for you instantly.
What is really cool is the autoresponder can automatically personalize each and every email making it look like you did write it personally to them.
For example, an email you send to someone named Joe, the email will start with "Dear Joe", and then the same email you send to someone named Mary will start the email with "Dear Mary".
All completely and totally automated.
